Gravity Comics Massacre No. 5

Gravity Comics Massacre, No. 5, by Vincenzo Bilof

Damien is a comic book store owner. He doesn’t like clothes, as he believes that they hinder him during the long work-hours that he puts into his comic book store, the only noteworthy sight in the worst town in Arizona. Damien loves his job; he has a magical pen given to him by the aliens who inspired Philip K. Dick’s early work, which he uses to draw his victims in order to realize their darkest fears.

Book Of Dragon’s Teeth, by H. Wolfgang Porter

When a cadre of elemental sorceresses loses a magical artifact of utmost importance to a cutpurse, when South City officials and other people in positions of power begin to drop like flies and even the Gray Man finds himself in a situation that goes in way over his head, then South City begins to slowly but certainly descend into utter political (and later on sorcerous) chaos, which threatens to envelop the world.

Nosferatu the Vampire

Werner Herzog’s 1979 film has been remastered for this Blu-ray release by the British Film Institute and while it has some similarity to FW Marnau’s 1922 silent black and white original, it remains a world apart from that and from the world we live in today. Both are dated and both have become curiosities we can look back on with some amusement and horror. As will be explained, the true horror of Nosferatu was not in vampire but in the abysmal treatment of the animals used to make the scenes.
