At long last, issue 42 of Albedo One, Ireland’s magazine of science fiction, fantasy and horror, is available to purchase in both print and digital (pdf) format.

The issue features no less than eight fine stories from our inventory, spanning the speculative fiction genres.

Stories include “Filling the Bowl” by the Lawrence Wilson, “Volwys” by Douglas Thompson, “The Terrorist in My Kitchen” by Todd McCaffrey, “Drith” by Donna Thorland, “Night of Our Red Eye” by David Murphy, “Mr Wobble” by Craig Saunders and “Fish Skins” by Priya Sharma.

On top of these wonderful stories, we continue our translations programme to bring you “Ink in Pink” by Jean Michel Calvez, a fine science fiction story originally published in the prestigious Galaxies SF magazine edited by Pierre M. Gevart, and now translated for the first time from the French for your enjoyment.

As if all this were not enough, the issue features an interview with John Meaney, conducted by Albedo One’s own Bob Neilson, as well as our regular review collumn by Juliet E. McKenna and further reviews by Kelvin M. Knight and Peter Loftus.

All in all, not an issue to be missed! Go visit the Albedo One Print Editions Page to get yourself a copy, or the Albedo One Digital Editions page if you’d prefer a pdf copy!
